摘要："5.12"四川汶川特大地震发生后,上海社会工作服务团华理服务队作为援建项目之一,率先进入了都江堰勤俭人家板房安置点。服务队的工作目标为过渡性板房安置点内受灾群众社会关系的重建。我们实施了五次"居民自我管理弄堂会"小组服务方案。"和谐巷"的诞生更是标志着社工服务在满足居民事务性需要的同时,成功实现了受灾群众社会关系的重建,特别是水平性社会关系——邻里关系和垂直性社会关系———管委会至居民之间的关系。此小组服务给予我们的反思是:(1)小组社会工作是在过程中实现受灾群众社会关系重建的工作方法。(2)开展小组服务前,社工要重视对不同巷内受灾群众需要的调查。(3)安置点受灾群众现阶段需要的满足可以是小组服务设计的切入点,并以此为基础,逐步发展其他新的社会关系。(4)小组工作可以与其他社工服务相结合,寻找板房安置点受灾群众社会关系重建的最优组合。
Violent earthquake hit Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province at 14： 28, May 5, 2008. Facing the sudden disaster, Chinese People try their best to rescue and help. The social service team from East China University of Science and Technology emphasizes on the reconstruction of social relationship in the temporary housing community. On the basis of fieldwork, we applied group social work to the community, and designed a group work service plan for the ＂Serfmanagement Organization for House Residents＇. Through five sections, many progresses have been made. The birth of ＂Harmony Lane＂ proves that the group social work can be used to reconstruct the social relationship between residents in the temporary housing center.
