摘要:在铁系催化剂上研究了文题的反应机理。通过瞬变应答实验和对响应曲线的分析,证实丁烯、丁二烯和氮在催化剂上发生竞争吸附,其反应机理是吸附氧和吸附丁烯间进行的Langmuir-Hinshelwood型机理,反应的控制步骤是氧吸附控制。瞬变应答实验也揭示出催化剂表面状态存在滞后特性,反应速率和选择性与预处理条件有关。
The mechanism of oxidative dehydrogenation (OXD) of butenes over ferrite catalyst was studied by transient response method at temperatures ranging from 360℃ to 440℃. The analysis of response curves showed that competitive absorption occurs among butenes, butadiene and nitrogen over active sites of the catalyst. The reaction mechanism is of the Langmuir-Hinshelwood type pertaining to the reaction between absorbed oxygen and absorbed butenes; the controlling step in OXD is the absorption of oxygen. Retardation of the surface active sites of the catalyst by the reaction atmosphere was revealed by the transient response method. The reaction rate and selectivity are related to the pretreatment of the reaction atmosphere.
