摘要:分析了污水汽提装置酸性水水质状况,采用虚拟设计方法提出了适合酸性水系统的旋流分离器。测线实验验证在酸性水平均油浓度在420mg/L时,所设计旋流器分离效率大于80%,粒径15μm油分离效率70%左右。
The sour water quality of sour water stripper was analyzed. The appropriate hydrocyclone was developed by virtual design. The verification tests showed that the separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone designed was greater than 80% and that of 15μm oil droplets was about 70%.
