摘要:减振复合板具有高强度高阻尼性,应用日趋广泛。损耗因子是减振复合板阻尼性能的重要评价指标,为了解决幅值-频率数据点共振峰附近降幅较小和波动分布等问题,更精确计算损耗因子,基于VC++自主开发了一套减振复合板损耗因子检测软件。根据幅值-频率数据点的分布特征,人工处理大数据,降幅、降噪处理,运用三次样条曲线拟合方法及Visual C++软件编程,数据、图形显示,自动求解减振复合板的损耗因子系数。通过实例验证表明,本软件能够较准确地测量出减振复合板的损耗因子系数,从而更准确地指导实际应用中减振复合板的性能判定及选择。
Because of the characteristics of high strength and high damping of damping composite plate, it is used more and more widely. The loss factor of damping composite plate is an important parameter for the performance,in order to solve the problems of a smaller decline near the resonant peak,fluctuant distribution and calculate the factor accurately, developed a software for loss factor testing on our own. Calculated the loss factor coefficient of damping composite plate through manual processing of large da- ta, process of amplitude and noise reduction, cubic spline curve fitting method according to the distribution characteristics of am- plitude-frequency data points and Visual C + + software programming, as well as display of data and graphics. The verification by this study is that the software can accurately measure the loss factor coefficient of damping composite plate so as to guide the property judging and selection of damping composite plate in practical application more accurately.
