摘要:采用颗粒状蟹壳(0.25~0.80mm)对水中Ni2+的去除进行了静态吸附试验,考察了搅拌强度、吸附剂投加量、溶液初始pH值以及Zn2+或Cu2+的存在对Ni2+吸附效果的影响。试验结果表明,为保证Ni2+的去除率,搅拌强度应不小于350r/min,溶液初始pH值宜控制在4~7;Cu2+的存在对Ni2+的吸附有较大影响。经过5级静态吸附后,Ni2+的吸附量达到43.4mg/g。蟹壳对Ni2+的吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温模型。
Crab shell particles (0.25-0.80mm) were employed for Ni^2+ removal from aqueous media in batch experiments. The effects of agitation speed, sorbent dosage, initial pH value of the adsorption media and the presence of Zn^2+ or Cu^2+ on Ni^2+ removal by the crab shell were investigated. Results showed that the biosorption process should be controlled at the agitation speed of 350 r/min and pH 4.0-7.0 to attain a high efficiency of Ni^2+ removal. The existence of Cu^2+ had a significantly negative effect on Ni^2+ biosorptiou in this study. Ni^2+ uptake after 5-step sequential batch test reached 43.4mg/g. The Ni^2+ adsorption by the crab shell was fitted well with Freundlich isotherm equation.
