摘要:综述了半导体复合、有机染料敏化、导电高聚物修饰敏化、无机染料敏化、金属离子掺杂、非金属元素掺杂等二氧化钛半导体光催化剂的光敏化方法,其中非金属元素掺杂研究领域在最近几年才刚刚开展。各种方法都能达到氧化钛可见光敏化的目的,但都存在转化效率低的问题,其中效率较高的有机染料敏化存在成本高、不稳定和寿命短等问题。未来光敏化发展的方向在于降低光敏化技术成本,提高光敏化过程的稳定性和光催化效率。
A review of the photosensitization method of titania phtotocatalysts is presented.The photosensitization methods include semiconductor coupling,organic dye sensitization,conducting polymer films modification,inorganic dye sensitization, metal ion doping and nonmetal element doping.The method of nonmetal element doping is considered new and not studied sys- temically yet.All these methods can attain the object of visible light sensitization,however they all have the problem of low effi- ciency.The organic dye sensitizing one has better efficiency but it has the problems such as high cost,instability and short life at the same time.The future research on photo sensitization will be focused on the cost reduction of photo sensitization and the improvement of sensitizing instability and efficiency.
