摘要:利用液相碳化法制备了不同形态的纳米碳酸钙颗粒,用TEM、XRD和IR等手段分析表征了纳米碳酸钙的形态和结构,研究了焦磷酸钠对液相碳化法制备纳米碳酸钙合成过程及颗粒形态结构的影响规律。结果表明反应温度是影响纳米碳酸钙形态的关键因素,温度升高时纳米碳酸钙由立方形转变为纺锤形。焦磷酸钠能够促进碳酸钙的晶体成核,抑制晶体生长,在碳化温度大30℃时生成链状和棒状的纳米碳酸钙。另外,还分析了链状和棒状纳米碳酸钙的形成机理。
The morphology and structure of CaCO3 nanoparticles synthesized by liquid carbonization method were analyzed by TEM, XRD and IR, etc., and the effect of Na4P2O7 on the process property and the morphology of CaCO3 nanoparticles was also investigated. The structure and morphology were strongly affected by the reaction temperature, and spindle-shaped particles were formed instead of cubic-shaped particles when the reaction temperature increased from 20 ℃ to 30 ℃. The nucleation rate increased and the growth rate decreased when Na4P2O7 was added to the reaction slurry. The chain and stick-shaped CaCO3 nanoparticles were formed when the reaction temperatures were higher than 30 ℃. The nucleation-growth mechanism for chain and stick-shipped nanoparticles is discussed.
