摘要:NOVELTY - The preparation method of calcium zinc phosphate anticorrosive pigment involves: (a) weighing commercially available calcium carbonate powder, and dispersing calcium carbonate powder in water to obtain a calcium carbonate dispersion system; (b) respectively a proper amount of phosphoric acid liquid and zinc nitrate solid to prepare a phosphoric acid solution and a zinc nitrate solution; and (c) dripping phosphoric acid solution to calcium carbonate dispersion system under ultrasonic dispersion condition. USE - The method is useful for preparing calcium zinc phosphate anticorrosive pigment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can prepare calcium zinc phosphate anticorrosive pigment with lightweight, high density and dispersibility, small particle size, and excellent corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of calcium zinc phosphate anticorrosive pigment involves: (a) weighing commercially available calcium carbonate powder, and dispersing calcium carbonate powder in water to obtain a calcium carbonate dispersion system; (b) weighing a proper amount of phosphoric acid liquid and zinc nitrate solid to prepare a phosphoric acid solution and a zinc nitrate solution; (c) dripping phosphoric acid solution to calcium carbonate dispersion system under ultrasonic dispersion condition, converting calcium carbonate on the surface of calcium carbonate powder to calcium phosphate, leaving still and aging at room temperature for a period of time to enable the reaction to be complete; (d) adding zinc nitrate solution to the reaction system after the reaction of phosphoric acid and calcium carbonate is completed, leaving still and aging for a period of time to achieve full replacement of calcium ions and zinc ions on the surface of material, and removing the reaction container from ultrasonic disperser; and (e) washing the precipitate in reaction container using deionized water, drying to obtain product.
