摘要:研究了低分子量阳离子变性瓜胶与硼砂交联的凝胶体系。考察了低分子量阳离子瓜胶浓度、硼砂浓度及pH对凝胶形成的影响,得到了结构稳定的凝胶体系。考察了低分子量阳离子瓜胶凝胶体系的流变特性,结果表明该体系具有良好的粘弹性和剪切变稀性。非线性共转Jeffreys模型可确切表征凝胶体系的粘度曲线,实验值与模拟值吻合良好。
Cross-linked gel systems consisting of low molecular weight cationic modified guar gum (LMWCGG) and borax were studied. Effects of LMWCGG concentration, borate concentration and pH value on formation of the gel systems were investigated, and stable LMWCGG cross-linked gel systems were obtained. Furthermore, the rheological properties of the gel systems were studied. The results show that the gel systems possess fine viscoelasticity and shear thinning property. Non-linear co-rotational Jefferys model can be applied to describe the viscosity curves of gel systems correctly, and the calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental data.
