摘要:采用挂片腐蚀实验,通过表征不同腐蚀时间的表面形貌和腐蚀产物的组成,探究了Q235管道在循环水中的腐蚀机理.通过测试极化曲线及电化学阻抗谱,得到了循环水中氯离子和添加药剂等因素对Q235钢的腐蚀电流和腐蚀电位,以及对电化学传荷阻抗的影响;并且结合挂片实验,研究了循环水中氯离子、pH值和添加药剂等因素对Q235钢的平均腐蚀率、腐蚀产物组成、形貌和腐蚀特征的影响.结果表明:当控制Cl^-浓度小于100 mg/L,pH值不低于8. 5,以及添加缓蚀剂(2 mg/L)可以有效控制Q235的腐蚀速率.
Corrosion experiment was conducted by test morphology and corrosion products in different etching time to research corrosion mechanism of Q235 pipeline in circulating water.Electrochemical analysis methods including polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were applied to characterize effects of the Cl^- concentration,pH and inhibiter on the corrosion behaivior,Q235 steel in circulating water.Based on the above factors,the average corrosion rate,corrosion product composition and the morphology of Q235 steel after corrosion were studied.The results showed that Q235 corrosion rate can be effectively controlled when concentration of Cl^- is less than 100 mg/L,pH is not less than 8.5 and corrosion inhibitor concentration is 2 mg/L.
