摘要:针对共餐制病菌传播风险大,而人工分餐繁琐不便的现状,设计一款分餐机。通过Solidworks对装置进行整体建模,并运用ANSYS对核心部件进行静力学与动力学分析;以RaspberryPi与Arduino为平台,编写基于Opencv的图像识别及控制系统。装置可以根据用户指令,对食材进行识别和定位,并通过机械臂搭载的公筷和公勺机构进行分餐,分餐结束后自动清洁。装置识别准确,运行稳定,有效阻断病菌传播,减少人力劳动,具有推广价值。
In view of the situation that meal sharing increases the risk of virus and bacteria transmission,and manual meal sharing is cumbersome and inconvenient,this serving chopsticks and spoon meal separating machine was designed.Overall modeling of the device was carried out through Solidworks and static and dynamic analysis of core components were carried out using ANSYS;Based on RaspberryPi and Arduino,an Opencv-based image recognition and control system was written.The device can identify and locate the ingredients according to the user’s instructions,and separate the meals through the chopsticks and spoons mechanisms carried by the robot arm,and automatically clean after the meal.The device identifies accurately,operates stably,effectively blocks the spread of germs,reduces human labor,and has promotion value.
