摘要：文化遗产影响评估作为协同保护与发展的有效方法成为当前的国际研究前沿。我国文化遗产影响评估以遗产价值和人的价值可持续发展为目标,以历史街区为始展开广泛应用。文章针对历史街区的特征,在分析价值的基础上,以人—空间协同视角研究价值载体构成,构建历史街区影响评估指标,综合评估工具,结合核心内容形成具有本土特色的历史街区影响评估方法,实现历史街区保护与发展的整体协同,并以嘉兴市月河历史文化街区为例进行具体的应用实证。
As an effective method of coordinated protection and development,Cultural Heritage Impact Assessment(CHIAs)has become the forefront of current international research.China's CHIAs aims at the sustainable development of heritage value and human value,and has been widely used since historical districts.Based on the value analysis of historical district,this paper studies the composition of value attributes from the perspective of human-space coordination,constructs the impact assessment indicators and comprehensive assessment tools of historical district,and formulates an impact assessment method of historical district with local characteristics.It realizes the overall coordination of the protection and development of historical district,and the method is practiced in the case of Yuehe Historical District,Jiaxing city.
