摘要:为了构建拟合实际骨微观结构且孔隙梯度变化连贯的仿生骨支架,在对实际骨进行Micro CT扫描和ROI分析的基础上,通过梯度函数与遗传算法相结合的方法,构建出既拟合实际骨孔隙分布规律又具有一定随机性的微观孔结构负模型,再将负模型与实体模型进行布尔运算获得仿生骨支架模型。结果表明,仿生骨支架模型的孔隙率、梯度拟合度和连通性均优于其它模型,且通过梯度函数构建的仿生骨支架模型对各种形态和孔隙分布的骨骼均具有适用性,孔隙梯度变化更加连贯自然。
In order to construct a bionic bone scaffold that fits the microstructure of actual bone and has coherent gradient of pores, a method combining gradient function and genetic algorithm was used based on the Micro CT scan and ROI analysis of the actual bone. Firstly, an inverse model of microscopic pore structure that not only fits the pore distribution law of the actual bone but also has a certain randomness was constructed. And then, the model of bionic bone scaffold with pores was generated by Boolean operation between the inverse model and the model of scaffold without pores. The result shows that the porosity, gradient fitting degree and connectivity of the scaffold are better than other models, the bionic bone scaffold constructed by the gradient function is applicable to bones of various shapes and pore distributions, and the gradient of the pores is more consistent and natural.
