摘要:NOVELTY - The preparation method of silicone-polyether segmented polyurethane material involves adding 4,4'-methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) to polyethylene oxide (PEO)-polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-PEO, uniformly mixing, carrying out copolymerization reaction at 70-100 degrees C under protective gas atmosphere that is solvent-free conditions to obtain polyether-silicone block polyurethane prepolymer, adding chain extender including 1,4-butanediol (BDO) to the mixture and then heating at 110 degrees C for 1 hour, demolding the mixture, and continuously curing at 90 degrees C for 12 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparation of silicone-polyether segmented polyurethane material, which is useful for catheter and implant biomaterial (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of silicone-polyether segmented polyurethane material with excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance and hydrophobic properties in an environmentally-friendly manner, without solvent residue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of silicone-polyether segmented polyurethane material involves adding 4,4'-methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) to polyethylene oxide (PEO)-polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-PEO, uniformly mixing, carrying out copolymerization reaction at 70-100 degrees C under protective gas atmosphere that is solvent-free conditions to obtain polyether-silicone block polyurethane prepolymer, adding chain extender including 1,4-butanediol (BDO) to the mixture and then heating at 110 degrees C for 1 hour, demolding the mixture, and continuously curing at 90 degrees C for 12 hours. MDI is diphenylmethane diisocyanate. PEO-PDMS-PEO has a structure of formula (I). PEO-PDMS-PEO, BDO and MDI are used in a molar ratio of (0.1-1):(1-2):1. The molar ratio of BDO and MDI is 1.7:1-2:1. x=1-100;and y=3-100. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) silicone-polyether segmented polyurethane material prepared by the above method; and (2) use of silicone-polyether segmented polyurethane material for catheter and implant biomaterial.
