摘要：社会生态理论作为社会工作实践中一种新兴的指导理论,在香港社会工作中应用广泛。它主要强调在为案主提供服务时注重案主本人与社工、家庭、学校、社会之间的整体性,以及在这个系统中案主所处的环境与案主之间的交互作用。笔者试以在香港学生辅助会石壁宿舍的实习经验为依据,总结并分析社会生态理论在儿童社会工作中的运用,提出对内地弱势儿童社会服务模式的借鉴意义。
As a new guiding theory in social work practice, the social ecosystem theory is widely used in the social work in Hong Kong. In the theory, the integration of systems （client, social workers, family, school, community） and the interactions between the systems are emphasized. In the paper, the application of social ecosystem theory for vulnerable children in Shek Pik Quarters is summed up and some useful suggestions for inland children＇s social work are given.
