摘要:大型球罐常用内部喷射燃烧的方法进行整体热处理 ,然而当球罐体积大于 2 0 0 0m3时 ,此方法不能满足球罐整体热处理工艺的要求。对加装反射板后的大型球罐进行整体热处理的过程进行了数值模拟 ,结果显示由于反射板的安装 ,球罐内部气流循环得到加强 ,球罐上下壁面温差降低 ,提高了大型球罐整体热处理质量 ,并能满足大型球罐整体热处理工艺要求。
The large spherical tank was normally heat treatment by injection combusting within in the tank.However,when the volume of a spherical tank is more than 2000m^3,this method cannot meet the technical requirements of the whole-body heat treatment.The numerical simulation has been performed for an improved heat treatment method with the mounting of a baffle-board inside the large spherical tank.The results show that the recirculation zone of the moving flow inside the tank has been reinforced owing to the introduction of the baffle-board,the maximal difference of temperature between the top and bottom surface of the inner wall has also been decreased.Therefore,the quality of the whole-body heat treatment of the tank has been improved and the technical requirements can be met.
