摘要:The dynamically reconfiguring of manufacturing resource is a key step for the virtual enterprise to realize the agile manufacturing. This paper considers such a virtual shop supply chain: fixed-charge exists between every two suppliers who have the assembly relation. It analyzes the supplier selection problem of virtual supply chain with initiative carriage. The assembly tree is proposed to solve the materiel equilibrium, thus to convert optimization problem into selection one based on assembly tree cost function, a transport problem. So that the mode base is introduced to shrink enumeration and simplify the whole computation.
