摘要:"填料塔分离效率的测定"是化学工程与工艺专业实验课程中的一个传统实验,自开设以来,在本科教学中不断完善。为了适应新时代的新要求,我们重新调整了实验方案,加强学生运用所学专业理论知识指导实验的训练,并增加运用现代计算工具求理论板数的方法。新方案不但能节省原料,而且解决了废液排放问题。
Determination of separation efficiency of packed column is a traditional professional experiment in the experiment course of chemical engineering and process. Since its opening, it has been continuously improved in undergraduate teaching.In order to adapt to the new requirements of the new era, the experimental scheme has been readjusted. The training of using the theoretical knowledge that students have learned to guide the experiment was strengthened. The method to obtain the number of theoretical plates using modern computing tools was increased. The new scheme can save the raw materials and solve the problem of waste liquid discharge.
