摘要:Porous biological glass-ceramic with interconnecting pores was prepared through adding porosifier, and its processing and properties were studied. The main crystallized products of porous glass-ceramic are fluoroapatite and beta-wollastonite, and its porosity ranges from 56%similar to82%. The pores mainly consist of the macropores 250 mum similar to850 mum in diameter formed through the pyrolysis of porosifier, and they interconnect through the holes 50 mum similar to300 mum in diameter on pore walls. There are still a few micropores 2 mum similar to4mum in diameter formed through incomplete sintering of glass particles, existing in pore wall. The compressive strength increase with the increases of sintering temperature and time, but decreases when sintered at high temperature for long time, and it correlates the total porosity by conic with certain pore diameter. At certain porosifier content, the sintering temperature and time almost have no effect on porosity. Because the macropore diameter is determined by porosifier size, and porosity has a linear relationship with porosifier content when if the porosifier size is certain, the porosity and pore diameter can be controlled through controlling the porosifier content and its size.
