摘要:研究了经过复合增容的 PVC/ POE热塑性弹性体的结构与性能。通过 CPE、NBR两种增容剂配合使用 ,考察协同效应 ,对非极性橡胶在极性树脂中的应用进行了探索。借助于 DSC、SEM对热塑性弹性体的结构特性进行了研究 ,采用动态硫化的方法 ,有利于提高热塑性弹性体的力学性能。
The structure and properties of PVC/POE c omposite system were studied. By adding in CPE and NBR, using dynamic vulcanizat ion, the mechanical properties of the elastomer system were improved. When the w eight content of CPE and NBR were both at 9%, the elongation reached the best. T he broken elongation increased with the more content of NBR and decreased with t he more content of CPE. Studies of the structure and properties of the composite prove that the CPE and NBR could compatibilize the PVC/POE system. The islan d-sea phase sturcture of the compatibilizing system is even and stable.
