摘要：基于已有研究的理论分析,构建了描述企业孵化器知识服务能力构成及其关系的理论模型.通过问卷调查收集样本数据,采用回归分析方法对孵化器知识服务能力及其6个构成的线性相关关系进行实证研究.研究结果表明,企业孵化器的创业知识服务能力主要由知识结网能力和知识运作能力两部分构成.最后,给出了本研究的结论和意义.
Based on the theoretical analysis of previous research, it proposes the conceptual model of the service capa- bility components of the enterprise incubator. Furthermore, a questionnaire survey is conducted to collect the data. It makes an empirical study on the correlation between the service capability of the enterprise incubator and its six compo- nents by regression analysis. The results describe that the knowledge service capability of the enterprise incubator is composed by the knowledge networking capability and operating capability. Finally, it provides the conclusions and the meanings of the resarch.
