摘要：NOVELTY - Extraction and separation of 1,3-propanediol comprises directly contacting thallus-removed fermentation liquor-containing 1,3-propanediol with composite extracting agent in extraction tower, discharging extracted rest phase from bottom of extraction tower as wastewater, processing extracted phase through regular refining method, and fermenting glycerol substrate. USE - Method for extracting and separating 1,3-propanediol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple separation and purification technology, short flow, low energy consumption, high extraction yield and high purity of separated 1,3-propanediol.
