摘要：应用1990-2011年中国省级区域数据,通过空间回归模型分析地区经济的全局收敛性,并通过地理加权回归模型讨论局部收敛性。实证结果发现,地区经济存在全局绝对β收敛,并且控制了空间正溢出效应后,估计的收敛速度更快;而局部地区的收敛系数有显著差异,并且呈现明显的空间模式和演化特征。
Using Chinese province-level data over 1990-2011,the paper analyzes global convergence of regional economy by spatial regression models and discusses local convergence through a geographically weighted regression approach. The empirical results confirm that there exists absolute global convergence of regional economy. When spatial positive spillover is controlled,the speed of convergence becomes higher. The local coefficients of convergence are quite different among regions and present distinct spatial patterns and evolution characteristics.
