摘要：After the financial crisis, China's economic development has been driven from elements investment to innovation. Becoming the world's second largest economy, whether to increase the independent research and development is a problem for our country to solve. Using the 2009-2016 China A-share listed companies as samples, this paper explores credit resource allocation mechanism of enterprises heterogeneous level under the existing technology and financial policies, and will provide targeted empirical evidence and policy recommendations for the development of strategy emerging industry.
