摘要:NOVELTY - The invention claims a synthesizing method of MWW molecular sieve. The method uses two sections constant temperature hydro-thermal crystallization to synthesize MWW molecular sieve. The said hydro-thermal crystallization is two sections hydro-thermal crystallization. Room temperature to 119.9 centigrade is the first section and 120-180 centigrade is the second section. Alkali resource used in the synthesizing process could be one of hydrate of natrium, kalium or barium or any two or mixture of three of them. Silicon resource is solid silica gel or liquid silica gel. Template could be HMI or mixture of one or more than one of HMI and organic amine, quaternary ammonium salt, alcohol, polyether. The synthesizing method and synthesizing condition of the invention is easy to control, it has low synthesizing cost. Acidity of the synthesizing product could alter according to changing Alkali resources.
