摘要：以苯乙烯、丙烯酸乙酯为单体进行乳液聚合，将聚合获得的乳胶直接浇铸制取乳胶渗透蒸发膜。研究了乳液聚合中各成分如：单体配比、分散介质、交联剂、乳化剂及引发剂对乳胶膜机械性能及渗透蒸发分离性能的影响，得出较为理想的配方。
The latex membrane was prepared by direct casting of polymer latex synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The effects of various factors, such as the ratio of monomers, dispersing medium, crosslinking agent, emulsifier and initiator on mechanical and pervaporation property were investigated. The fairly reasonable formula of the latex memebrane was obtained in our research.
