摘要:测定了若干个盐浓度下组氨酸在磷酸二异辛酯(D2EHPA)微乳状液中萃取的分配系数随pH值的变化关系,利用萃取平衡关系回归出组氨酸在水溶液中的两种主要离子的分配系数随盐浓度变化及其关系式中的参数,从而建立了组氨酸在本萃取体系中分配系数随pH值及盐浓度变化的数学关系式。
The dependents on pH value and ion strength of extraction equilibtrium of histine in the D2EHPA microemulsion aqueous system were studied. Distribution coeffecients of the main two ionic species of histine were calculated by material balance. Considering the effect of ion strength on the two ionic species activities, distribution equilibrium dependent on ion strength was established and parameters were also obtained. The results shows that the general distribution coeffecient can be calculated easily.
