摘要:用GC-MS,1HNMR和元素分析研究了结焦的钯/氢型丝光沸石催化剂上焦炭的分子性质,用FT-IR,TPD,TPO,微孔分析和活性评价等考察了催化剂结焦前后性质的变化.结果表明,催化剂上可溶性焦炭为二至四环的多环芳烃,它们滞留在分子筛孔内起覆盖活性中心的作用,且是进一步生成高碳氢比焦炭的前身物.结炭反应主要发生在酸中心上,随着结炭量的增加,催化剂上B酸中心大量减少,表面积和孔体积亦相应减小.与焦炭分子的覆盖作用相比较,不溶性焦炭对孔堵塞作用引起的失活速率增加十分显著.具有一维直孔道的丝光沸石对结焦失活非常敏感。
The molecular nature of coke deposited on Pd/H Mordenite was studied by GC MS, 1H NMR and elemental analysis, and the changes in character of the coked catalysts were studied by FT IR, TPD, TPO, BET and evaluation of catalytic activity. The results show that the main components in soluble coke are aromatics with 2 ̄4 rings, being detained at the intersection channel to limit the access of reactants to the active sites, and being precursors of the coke molecules with high C/H ratios. The coke is deposited mainly on the acid sites, the amount of Brnsted acid and the values of surface area and pore volume on deactivated catalyst get decreased with the increase of coke content. The deactivation rate caused by pore blockage with non soluble coke increases much greater than that caused by soluble coke molecules. The coking deactivation is very pronounced on mordenite zeolite with monodimensional pore structure, and 4% ̄5% coke content is a turning point for quick deactivation.
