摘要：通过对热电厂中所用渣浆泵磨损原因的分析并考虑到过流部件的材质,选择了"冷焊"技术对渣浆泵的磨 损部位进行了修复,从而有效地延长了设备的使用寿命,降低了成本。找到了一种简便易行的对磨损部件的维修方 法,具有较大的推广意义。
The reason of wearing in slurry pump was analyzed. Because of the poor weldability of the pump material, the technique of 'cold welding' was used to restore the worn parts. The life of equipment was extended efficiently and the cost was reduced. The technique changed the traditional notion in maintaining and created a convenient method to maintain the equipment. It was worth of generalizing.
