摘要：当前的高校管理沟通中还存在着不少的问题。本文在抽样调研的基础上,运用管理沟通的相关理论,总结了高校沟通的经验和模式,指出了目前高校管理沟通过程中存在的主要问题和解决的办法,同时也探讨了党员和党组织在高校沟通中进一步发挥作用的具体途径。
There are problems in the communication in current management of colleges and universities although people pay great attention to that.In this paper,based on a sample survey,using related theory of communication in management, we sum up the experience and mode of communication and point out the main problems and discuss the specific ways.We hold that Party members and Party organizations should play key role in it.
