摘要:笔者对过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)交联低密度聚乙烯的非等温交联反应动力学进行了研究,并对交联反应活化能(E A)及lnK0(lnK0定义为ΔH对1/T作图所得直线的截距)的值进行了计算。实验结果表明:DCP交联聚乙烯反应趋于一级反应,且反应级数与DCP含量无关;交联反应在(185±2)℃时达到最大反应速率,且E A与lnK0的值随着DCP含量的变化而基本保持不变。
The non-isothermal cross-linking kinetics of peroxide cross-linked low-density polyethylene was studied, and the cross-linking reaction activation energy (EA) and lnK0 (lnK0 defined as the intercept of △H vs. 1/T) were also calculated. Experiments showed that the reaction was first order and independent of DCP concentration. The cross-linking reaction rate reached its maximum value at (185 ± 2 ) ℃ , and the cross-linking reaction activation energy (EA ) and InK0 did not change with DCP concentration.
