摘要:考察了柴油对流动改进剂的感受性与柴油中正构烷烃含量、正构烷烃分布等因素的关系。研究结果表明,柴油流动改进剂的作用与正构烷烃含量有最佳匹配点。柴油中正构烷烃的分布与流动改进剂的熔点匹配时,改进剂的效果最好。对几种柴油流动改进剂、蜡、蜡与改进剂的混合物的X射线衍射图进行了分析,发现改进剂聚合物在2θ为10°~30°之间的锐线峰越少,峰形越有序,曲线越光滑,降滤效果越好。蜡和流动改进剂混合物的XRD图显示混合物的非晶结构可能发生了变化,由此推断出流动改进剂对正构烷烃的结晶过程的影响是降低柴油冷滤点的主要原因。
Factors affecting the response of diesel fuels to diesel flow improver (DFI), such as n-paraffin content and distribution of n-paraffin in diesel fuel, were studied. Results showed that an optimum matching between the function of DFI and a certain n-paraffin content of diesel fuel existed. When the distribution of n-paraffin in diesel fuel matched the melting point of DFI well, the best DFI performance exhibited. XRD patterns of a series of DFI samples, wax and mixture of wax and DFI were analyzed and the relationship between the character of XRD pattern and DFI performance was investigated. It was found that in the XRD pattern of DFI polymer, with ordered peak form and smooth curve the less of sharp peaks appeared in the 2θ range of 10°-30°, the better was the DFI performance. It was also found from the XRD pattern of the mixture of wax and DFI that the non-crystalline structure of the mixture was changed. Thus, it was proposed that the variation of n-paraffin crystallization process by DFI made the contribution to decrease the cold filter plugging point of diesel fuel.
