摘要：在社会经济的高速发展和现代科技支持下，不断催生出的新商业业态和经营模式，又在不断的竞争中创新与更替。探充流通领域现代服务业的演变与未来趋势，并预见“两实两虚”（零售实体、物流实体和虚拟商务与虚拟物流）模型的未来发展趋势。
With the high-speed development of the social economy process and the support of modern science and technology, the advanced commercial forms and management models are also innovated and displaced in the continual competitions. This paper tries to research on the changes and the trends of modern service industry in circulation field, and predicts the development trend of ＇twoactual and two-virtual form＇ model which contains retail entity, logistics entity, virtual commerce and virtual logistics.
