摘要:在(85±1)°C的恒温水浴中,以声源频率为80kHz,功率为80W的超声波辐照,合成了1,2,3,4,6-五-O-乙酰基-5-Br-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖,研究发现在反应时间不超过90min时其声化学转化率(以反应液中糖的浓度表征)随超声辐照时间的增加而提高,分别运用一次法和初速度法建立了该反应的声化学反应动力学方程,确认这一反应对糖为一级反应,并由反应速率系数推断产物及副产物对反应有阻滞作用。
1, 2, 3, 4, 6-Penta-O-acetyl-5-Br-β-D-glucopyranose was synthesized under ultrasonic (frequency 80 kHz and power 80 W) at (85±l)°C in thermostat water bath. According to experiments, the yield increased with the time of ultrasonic radiation within 90 min. With the flooding method and the initial rate method, the sonochemical reaction dynamic equation of the reaction was set up and the initial rate of glucopyranose bromation reaction was confirmed as first-order reaction. The rate constant showed that the product and by-product had a retardant effect on the reaction.
