摘要：创新型人才已成为国家经济和社会发展的第一位战略资源。大学生创新实践项目是培养高质量创新型人才的重要手段和途径。介绍了华东理工大学大学生课余研究计划(USRP)项目近年来的开展情况;对USRP项目实施效果进行了系统分析和经验总结,提出了进一步提高该类项目管理水平和实施效果的措施和方法;并选取最近一届结题的USRP项目"呼吸图法制备聚苯乙烯(PS)和聚苯乙烯嵌段聚丙烯酸(PS-b-PAA)多孔或微球薄膜的研究"为例,展示了相关研究内容和实施效果。为提高大学生创新实践活动管理水平和育人质量提供借鉴及依据。
Innovative talents have become the first strategic resources of national economic and social development. The innovative practice programs for undergraduates are the highly promising strategies to cultivate high quality talents.Herein,the development of the Undergraduate Student Research Program(USRP) in East China University of Science and Technology in recent years was briefly introduced. And then,the implementation effect of the USRP project was systematically analyzed and summarized in detail. Besides,the proposed approaches to improve the management and implementation of the project were presented. Finally,a recently completed USRP project," the preparation of porous or microsphere films from polystyrene(PS) and polystyrene-block-polyacrylic acid(PS-b-PAA) via breath figure method",was taken as an example to show the relevant research and the impact of its implementation. This work should contribute to improve the management and quality of innovative practices for undergraduates.
