摘要：本文通过问卷调查发现,MTI教育制度离理想状态还有一定距离。基于产业组织理论分析,文章指出MTI教育的主要问题表现为公共政策落实不够和公共政策有待改善两个方面。为此,设立MTI的高校应该遵循公共政策,加强师资建设,创建有特色的MTI培养模式。同时,国家应适当减少放任主义,增加贸易壁垒,由此加大公共政策对MTI教育组织的正面影响。
Based on questionnaire surveys, this paper reveals some problems to be tackled in the current MTI educa- tional system. The problems arise mainly due to the inherent inadequacy of the public policy and the ineffective im- plementation of its reasonable parts according to the theory of industrial organization. To deal with them, the paper puts forward two possible solutions ： （ 1 ） MTI educational institutions should follow the public policy so as to build up the teaching staff and their own educational pattern; （2） meanwhile, the state-level administration should abandon the laissez-faire policy and set up some trade barriers so as to exert more positive influence over the MTI educational development.
