摘要：本文研究了缺口根部曲率半径对失效评定曲线的影响,并基于已有焊缝附近金属性能对失效评定曲线影响的研究,分析了未焊透缺陷失效评定曲线。利用实验的方法测定了带来焊透试样的断裂韧性,提出了未焊透缺陷弹塑性失效评定曲线。
In this paper, the influence of notch root curvature radius on failure assessment curve (FAC) has been investigated firstly, and then the FACs of lack of penetration defects have been analyzed based on the studies of the effects of the property difference of the metal adjacent to the welds on FAC. By means of the experimental method, the fracture toughness of specimens with lack of penetration has been measured. The establishment and application of elastic-plastic FAC of lack of penetration defects has been discussed.
