摘要:NOVELTY - A fermented Cordyceps sinensis mycelium varieties identifying method involves taking fermented Cordyceps sinensis in a round-bottomed flask, adding deionized water and anhydrous ether into the flask to carry out distillation process, adding the extract with sodium chloride and anhydrous sodium sulfate and blowing nitrogen to obtain test sample solution. The test sample solution is injected into GC-MS to obtain chromatography image, followed by identifying fermented Cordyceps sinensis mycelium varieties through data analysis by using chemometric software. USE - Method for identifying fermented Cordyceps sinensis mycelium varieties. ADVANTAGE - The method enables identifying fermented Cordyceps sinensis mycelium varieties with high reliability in a simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A fermented Cordyceps sinensis mycelium varieties identifying method involves taking 5-20 g fermented Cordyceps sinensis in a 500ml round-bottomed flask, adding 100-250 ml deionized water and 50ml anhydrous ether as an extracting solvent into the flask to carry out distillation process, heating the extract at 45 degrees C in an oil bath and cooling at room temperature for 4-24 hours, adding the extract with sodium chloride powder and anhydrous sodium sulfate to obtain mixture, blowing nitrogen into the mixture to obtain a yellow transparent oil, storing the oil at 4 degrees C to obtain test sample solution. The test sample solution is injected into gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) with condition such as HP-5MS blood capillary column as chromatographic column, at initial temperature of 40 degrees C to speed of 5 degrees C/minutes for 2 minutes, 70 degrees C to speed of 15 degrees C/minutes for 2 minutes, 160 degrees C to speed of 2 degrees C/minutes for 5 minutes, 180 degrees C to speed of 280 degrees C/minutes for 3 minutes, ion source voltage of 70 ev and mass spectrum scanning range of 35-480amu to obtain chromatography image, followed by identifying fermented Cordyceps sinensis mycelium varieties through data analysis by using chemometric software.
