摘要:为获得浸渍效果良好、力学性能优异的连续碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮耐高温热塑性复合材料(CF/PEEK),分别采用粉末浸渍槽法(方法1)、二次粉末涂覆法(方法2)、二次粉末涂覆+熔融浸渍法(方法3),制备了3种CF/PEEK预浸带。在380℃,20MPa条件下,通过模压成型制备了CF/PEEK复合材料层压板,并研究了其力学性能。结果表明:碳纤维含量均为61%时,通过方法3制备的CF/PEEK层压板综合性能最高。采用该工艺制备的单向层压板拉伸强度为2 238.41 MPa,拉伸模量为104.80GPa,弯曲强度为2 157.50 MPa,弯曲模量为142.01GPa,层间剪切强度为116.22MPa。双向层压板拉伸强度为1 114.17MPa,拉伸模量为62.84GPa,弯曲强度为1 317.34MPa,弯曲模量为70.82GPa,层间剪切强度为96.74 MPa。测试了CF/PEEK层压板的耐高温性能,150℃条件下的弯曲强度保持率为73%。
To manufacture continuous carbon fiber/poly-ether-ether-ketone(CF/PEEK)high-temperature resistant thermoplastic composites with excellent impregnation effect and mechanical properties,the dry powder impregnation process(method 1),powder impregnation-powder coated process(method 2)and powder impregnation-powder coated-melt impregnation process(method 3)are used to prepare CF/PEEK prepreg tapes.CF/PEEK laminates are prepared by molding press at a temperature of 380℃and a pressure of 20 MPa.The mechanical properties of CF/PEEK laminates are studied.The results show that powder impregnation-powder coated-melt impregnation process is the best method to prepare CF/PEEK composites.The tensile strength of unidirectional laminates that manufactured by impregnation-powder coated-melt impregnation process is 2 238.41 MPa,the tensile modulus is 104.80 GPa,the flexural strength is 2 157.50 MPa,the flexural modulus is 142.01 GPa,and the interlaminated shear strength is 116.22 MPa.As for the bidirectional laminates,the tensile strength is1 114.17 MPa,the tensile modulus is 62.84 GPa,the flexural strength is 1 317.34 MPa,the flexural modulus is70.82 GPa,and the interlaminated shear strength is 96.74 MPa.The high temperature resistant performance of the CF/PEEK laminates is investigated,and the flexural strength remains at 73%under the temperature of 150℃.
