摘要: 在高压磁力搅拌反应釜内,用惰性矿物油为介质,在温度220~260℃,压力3.1~7.2MPa,空速800~2000mL/(g·h),搅拌转速1000r/min以上的条件下,测定了含氮合成气在双功能混合催化剂上直接制取二甲醚的淤浆床宏观动力学,建立了双曲型的动力学模型,获得了模型参数,经统计检验和残差分析证实了模型的可靠性。通过反应前后CO2含量的比较,得到较佳催化剂协同效应时的空速为1000mL/(g·h)。
The kinetics of direct synthesis dimethyl ether from syngas containing N_2 by bifunctional mixed catalysts in a slurry autoclave were studied, with the mineral oil used as the inert medium. The experiments were operated under follow conditions: the temperature range was 220~260℃, the pressure range was 3.1~7.2 MPa, the weight hourly space velocity was 800~2000 mL/(g·h) and the stir speed was over 1000r/min. The results of statistical test showed that the model of the kinetics was reliable. The better synergy effect of the bifunctional catalyst was obtained at the space velocity around 1000 mL/(g·h).
