摘要:以七水合硫酸镁、氯化镁为原料,考察了以氢氧化钙为沉淀剂,采用二步法制备碱式硫酸镁晶须新工艺的可行性,探究了MgSO_4与Mg(OH)_2物质的量比、水热时间、反应温度和硫酸镁溶液浓度对晶须产物的影响。研究结果表明:以氢氧化钙为沉淀剂,采用常温合成-水热反应可制备得到153型碱式硫酸镁晶须;得到较优的工艺条件:反应温度为190℃、n(MgSO_4)∶n[Mg(OH)_2]=0.75∶1、水热时间为12 h、硫酸镁溶液浓度为0.5 mol/L,该工艺条件下晶须的平均长度为360~390μm。与钠法和氨法制备工艺相比,本研究探索的钙法工艺,制备成本低廉,晶须长度显著增加,晶须呈对称的蝴蝶结状。
Using magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and magnesium chloride as the raw materials ,and calcium hydroxide as the precipitant,the feasibility of a novel synthesis technology of basic magnesium sulfate whiskers by two -step method was explored.The effects of amount-of-substance ratio of magnesium sulfate to magnesium hydroxide, hydrothermal time, reaction temperature and concentration of magnesium sulfate on the whisker product were studied.Results showed that, 153-type MgS04. 5Mg(OH)2·3H2O whiskers,whose average length was at 360-390 μm,were prepared at the following conditions :the reaction temperature was 190 %,the amount-of-substance ratio of magnesium sulfate to magnesium hydroxide was 0.75:1 ,the hydro- thermal temperature was 12 h and the concentration of magnesium sulfate was 0.5 mol/L.Compared with the synthesis technologies by using sodium hydroxide and ammonia hydroxide ,this technology was featured by low cost. Besides ,the length of the whiskers prepared by this method was increased significantly and the morphology was symmetrical bowknot -shaped.
