摘要："共同富裕"是中国特色社会主义的根本原则,也是新的历史条件下夺取中国特色社会主义新胜利的基本要求。但在当下市场经济背景下利用多种所有制资本进行财富生产的基本现实以及在此过程中出现的贫富差距,却使得我们必须在共富征程中直面"资本当下"与"共富理想"之内在紧张的同时,还应进一步在资本批判的高度上,本质地澄明当代中国在走向"共富"过程中所应具有的历史认知与核心举措:即充分发挥资本作用是走向"共富"的基本前提,有效引导驾驭资本是走向"共富"的根本保证,健全与财富生产结构相匹配的分配机制是达致"共富"的核心指向,以此,才能全面谋划中国特色社会主义的"共富"之路。
Common Prosperity is the fundamental principle of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is also the basic requirement of the success of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new historical conditions.But the gap between the rich and the poor in the present market economy under the background of using a variety of the basic reality of ownership capital wealth in production put us in the confrontation of the inner tension of the capital and Common Prosperity.Meanwhile,we should also clarify the historical cognition and the core measures of Common Prosperity in terms of capital critique.In this sense,we must give full play to the role of capital,effectively guide the harness of capital,and perfectly match the wealth production structure of allocation mechanism,so as to plan an overall road to the socialist Common Prosperity with Chinese characteristics.
