摘要:基于R&D的内生增长模型,建立了同时考虑能源资源耗竭、环境阀值限制与环境治理成本的可持续增长模型,并运用最优控制方法讨论了模型的平衡增长解.在该解的基础上进一步讨论可持续发展的必要条件的规范性特征,即能源资源耗竭速率、污染治理的投入比例与经济增长之间应满足动态关系.
Based on the R&D model, this paper presents a model with exhaustible energy, environment threshold and abatement spending input. The method of optimal control is employed to obtain the balance growth solutions. Further, the characteristics of the prerequisites to sustainable development are discussed according to these solutions, that is, what dynamic relations must be satisfied between economic growth and the rate of energy exhausting, the proportion of investment in abatement. These relations supply an altemative theoretical criterion when assessing the effects of various energy policies.
