摘要:采用计算流体力学(CFD)模拟方法对现有同轴搅拌器的流场结构进行了模拟,同时进行了混合时间的数值研究,并与实验结果相比较,证实了模拟方法是可行的。针对现有搅拌器存在的问题,提出了3种改进型的搅拌器,并进行CFD模拟研究,发现桨Ⅲ所需混合时间最短,桨Ⅱ和桨Ⅰ次之;桨Ⅲ消耗的功率最大,而桨Ⅰ和桨Ⅱ所需功率最少。
The flow structure of the coaxial stirred tank was simulated by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology, and the mixing time was also investigated with CFD and contrasted with the experimental data. All the research confirmed the feasibility of CFD simulation means. Three kinds of improved impellers were proposed because of the shortcoming of the current agitators. The new stirred tanks were simulated with CFD. It shows that Impeller Ⅲ needs the minimum mixing time, then Impeller Ⅱ and Impeller Ⅰ; the power consumption for Impeller Ⅲ is the highest, and the power consumptions for Impeller Ⅰ and Impeller Ⅱ are less than that of existing impellers.
