摘要：优秀研究生评选是对每一位研究生在校期间表现的重要检验,能激发研究生的学习积极性,提高培养质量,因此受到广大高校的重视。针对学术型硕士的特点,本文重点阐述了优秀学术型硕士研究生评价指标体系的构建,并运用层次分析法为体系中各个层次的指标赋予了相应的权重。
The evaluation of excellent students is the important test for each graduate student′s performance during his study career,which can be used to stimulate the learning enthusiasm of graduate students and improve the cultivation quality.So the evaluation of excellent students are concerned by the majority of universities.According to the characteristics of academic masters,this paper focused on the construction of the evaluation system of excellent students of academic masters.By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,this paper gave the indicators at all levels the appropriate weights.
