摘要：中国上市公司现金股利的支付呈现出总体水平偏低与一些公司不合常理的高现金股利并存是中国证券市场的奇特现象。这说明我国对中小投资者的法律保护不完善,上市公司的经营业绩普遍欠佳和缺乏长期发展规划,而其根源是股权分裂的制度背景。本文认为,应从改善法律环境、改变股权结构和改革证券市场的税收政策等方面加以改进。
It's a strange phenomenon existing in Chinese security market that the whole payment level of Chinese listed companies' cash dividend is quite low while some companies' cash dividend is unreasonable high. This paper points out that we should try to improve the legal environment, ownership structure and the tax policy of security market.
