摘要：本文论述了国际上三个主要学派--李嘉图等价、新古典、凯恩斯学派关于国债宏观经济效应的观点,而后对各学派的主要假设、宏观经济效应(主要从投资、消费、国际收支角度)加以比较。最后,在对比分析的基础上,提出自己的基本假设和相应观点,并对如何积极发挥国债的宏观经济效应提出了建议。
This paper addresses the different effects of government debt on consumption,investment,and balance of payments,where the discussion and critical appraisal of the literature is organized around the three main visions regarding these effects:the Ricardian vision,the neoclassical vision,and the Keynesian vision.
