摘要：就亚微米和单粒径两种新型的聚合物粒子在生物化学与生物医学如免疫分析、药物载体、真核细胞。
In this particle, application of some new polymeric particles in the biochemical and biomedical sciences are reviewed. These new particles are polymeric submicron particles and the polymeric mono-sized particles. The polymeric submicron particles are widely used in the immunoassay, drug loaderand bioseparation. The mono-sized polymeric particles, especially the magnetic mono-sized polymeric particles are widely used to separate bio-macromolecules and the cells, including both the eukaryotic and protaryotic cells. By this means, people have achieved a cheap and convinient separation in the biomedical and biochemical sciences.
