摘要:NOVELTY - A cytidine and its intermediate compound are synthesized by catalyzing oxygen-containing compound (sugar derivative) and amine-containing compound by alkali metal halogenide in organic solvent and reacting. USE - Method for preparing cytidine and its intermediate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Synthesis of cytidine and its intermediate compound (I) comprises catalyzing oxygen-containing compound (sugar derivative) of formula (II) and amine-containing compound of formula (III) by alkali metal halogenide in organic solvent and reacting for obtaining compound (I). P'=H or OR1; R1-R3=OH blocking groups, comprising 1-4C alkane acyl, aryl formoxyl or substituted aryl formoxyl, preferably acetyl, benzoyl, p-methylbenzene formoxyl, p-nitrobenzene formoxyl, biphenyl formoxyl or substituted benzoyl of halogen (fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine) on phenyl; L=halo, 1-4C alkane acyl, 1-4C alkane sulfonyloxyl, aryl sulfonyloxy, substituted alkyl sulfonyloxyl or substituted aryl sulfonyloxyl;and R4=silicone blocking group, comprising trimethylsilyl, isopropyldimethylsilyl, methyldimethylsilyl, tripropylsilyl and butyldimethylsilyl. Provided that when P' is hydrogen (H), compound (II) is ribodesose derivative; and when P' is OR1, compound (II) is ribose derivative.
