摘要:A novel synthesis of 2-trifluoromethyl-6-difluoromethylpyridine-3,5-dicarboxylates by three-component reaction of ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate, aldehydes, and ammonium acetate in the presence of K2CO3 under solvent-free conditions via sequential Hantzsch reaction/dehydration/dehydrofluorination in a one-pot process was described.
